As per the government announcement yesterday, Auckland will move to Alert Level 3 at 12 noon on Wednesday 12 August 2020, and the rest of New Zealand will move to Level 2. These alert levels are in place for 3 days, pending the next government announcement on Friday, 14 August.
As we move back to levels 3 and 2, we have put in place protocols across our sites nationwide to ensure we do this as safely as possible with the correct health and safety plans in place.
HEALTH & SAFETY PLANS
Our Health and Safety measures address specific requirements issued by the New Zealand Government. These measures and controls work alongside the on-going hygiene, social distancing and medical clearance and testing requirements currently in place.
Self-assessment Health Declaration forms are to be used at all CSR sites during this period to ensure that all visitors, customers and contractors entering CSR sites do not pose a COVID-19 risk to business operations and CSR employees. This form is mandatory every time a visitor, customer or contractor enters the site. These forms will be made available at each site.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS
Our customer service team are available to assist with your enquiries and receive orders, and our supply and logistics team will continue to process orders during level 3.
All orders to be sent to the appropriate email addresses as per usual or via EDI if you are set up for EDI orders.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
There will be no changes to the level of service, or when you can expect your delivery, and we are fully prepared to continue processing orders as per usual.
Please ensure that you have contactless methods in place for receiving deliveries.
ORDER COLLECTIONS & CASH SALES
We will be re-implementing contactless payment and order collections. Collections will need to be arranged prior, with payment organised via contactless methods before arriving on-site to pick up your order. Please refer to the document below for specific instructions for each site (Takanini, East Tamaki and Christchurch).
As Auckland moves into operating in a level 3 environment, we aim to ensure we do this as per the current industry best practice guidelines and government requirements, and we expect our customers to do the same.
We will monitor government announcements and guidelines closely and respond quickly and effectively to ensure that there is no disruption to the level of service we provide to you.
