COVID-19 - a message from CSR

We at CSR view the health and safety of our employees and our customers as our highest priority. We have put in place protocols to ensure that CSR is ready to meet our customer's requirements accordingly, with the correct health and safety plans in place.


In this rapidly changing situation, we are doing all we can to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on our businesses, and as we continue to operate in a level 3 environment, there is no change in our ability to supply our customers.

From the 28th of April, our standard service levels and timeframes will apply. We have sufficient stock levels, and staff on-site to facilitate your orders.

As we move from level 4 to levels 3 and 2, we have put in place protocols to ensure we do this as safely as possible. Our Health and Safety measures address specific requirements issued by the New Zealand Government. These measures and controls work alongside the on-going hygiene, social distancing and medical clearance and testing requirements currently in place.

Self-assessment forms are to be used at all CSR sites during the level 3 controls for the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that all visitors, customers and contractors entering CSR sites do not pose a COVID-19 risk to business operations and CSR employees. This form is mandatory every time a visitor, customer or contractor enters the site.

As we continue to operate in a level 3 environment, we aim to ensure we do this as per the current industry best practice guidelines and government requirements, and we expect our customers to do the same.
